PROFIT ENERGY, a.s.
The company was established in 2007 as a limited liability company (s.r.o.). From the very beginning its main domain is the area of energy savings and production of renewable energy. In May 2010 PROFIT ENERGY s.r.o.(Ltd.) was transformed into joint stock company (a.s.). In September 2010 new foreign investors entered the company in order to help it expand to foreign markets. Company has a holding structure and consists of Profit Energy Alfa, Profit Energy Beta, Profit Energy Gama, Profit Energy Trade, Profit Energy Smiřice, Profit Energy Ralsko I., Profit Energy Slovakia. In the area of renewable sources of electricity the company PROFIT ENERGY a.s. (Inc.) the main focus is on solar power plants. In the area of energy savings the company concentrates on heat pumps installations, recuperation units and cogeneration installations and energy efficient LED and LVD lighting. Currently, company has few projects of biogas stations in the process of preparation.
In 2009 company realized approximately 30 projects of solar power plant constructions size of which varied from 25 kWp constructed on house roofs to hundreds of kWps constructed mainly on roofs of industrial and agricultural objects (the total turnover of 1 mln. €). We provide the complete solution which encompasses phases of projection, engineering, construction and connection to network. We also take care of all necessary documentation with state and municipal authorities and distribution companies. Our company provides services, bill administration, power plant maintenance as well as solar power plant management. We dispose of our own projection capacities, technicians, assembly groups and electotechnic specialists. All used technologic components are certified as it is demanded for sale and operation in the EU. All components are purchased directly from producers of solar components such as Canadian Solar, CNBM, JA Solar, Power One – Auroa, Kaco, Kostal, Sopray, ET Solar, Tianwei, SMA, Danfoss, Vacon.
Profit Energy a.s. together with the Czech branch of Swedish company SKANSKA a.s. . established joint venture „Energie ze slunce“ where PROFIT ENERGY a.s. has a function of technology supplier and technical guarantor. The joint venture „Energie ze slunce“realized Solar park Ralsko- 1,2MWp, Solar park Lužany- 1,05 MWp and Solar park Smiřice 600kW.
Among others Profit Energy a.s. has realized Solar park Ohaře – 200kWp, Solar park Živonín – 100kWp, Solar park Molenburg – 440kWp, Solar park Levín – 133kWp, and sub supply for Solar park Vitice – 1,7MWp and Solar park Láz – 600kWp.
Profit Energy a.s. reached 15 mln. € turnover in 2010.
Due to its experience, business connections to solar components producers, Profit Energy a.s. plans to expand to foreign markets (Italy, Slovenia, France, Serbia, Slovakia, Russia, Romania) and gain whole European representation in a foreseeable future.
In the Czech Republic, Profit Energy plans to focus on roof solar installations <30 kWp and especially on energy saving lighting (LED, LVD), heat pumps, recuperation units and cogeneration installations.
